Roots & Rolls is taking plant-based excellence to COP28 in Expo2020dubai, where the world is brought together at a critical moment for global transformative climate action! 🌍 We're proud to announce our collaboration with Loui Blake, PXB Lifestyle & TGP International | Creating World-class F&B and Retail Brands fostering a conscious approach to wellness. You can find us in the BlueZone (Mobility, B2-B3 PXB Pavilion), where we have curated a menu aligned with the 1.5-degree target, symbolizing a powerful message for a global shift in the food system and COP28's commitment to 2⁄3 plant-based food. 💧🌿🍽️ We are presenting a special menu from our food truck with five inspired dishes: 🍿 POPCORN: crispy cauliflower bouquets, aioli, togarashi 🥕 HIP CAROOTS: marinated carrots, peanut sauce, avocado, pickled red cabbage, black quinoa rice 💚 EMERALD: wakame, sugar snap peas, cucumber, vegan cream cheese, pak choi, sesame, yuzu miso & black quinoa rice. 🍣 GEISHA: avocado maki with gluten-free panko, planted.chick’n tartare, fermented chilli sauce, chives & black quinoa rice 🥗 HIYASHI NOODLE SALAD: Japanese wheat noodles, sugar snap, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, lamb's lettuce, wakame, goma sauce
